Eye gestures

Just by looking at the icon of an app on the smartphone screen, the app will be launched. If someone calls, you can take the call and talk with the gesture of the eyes. Even the messages sent by others can be read from the inbox. Although it may sound surprising, the Chinese phone manufacturer Honor has developed this technology to control smartphones with eye gestures. The company is also exhibiting this new technology at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, โ€‹โ€‹Spain.

According to Honor, the technology named ‘Magic Capsule’ can detect eye movements as well as understand the meaning of various eye gestures. Not only that, this eye tracking technology can be used to detect eye movements up to 50 cm away from the smartphone screen. Through this new technology, you need to look at a certain place on the screen for at least 1.8 seconds to do any work on the smartphone with eye gestures.

At the Mobile World Congress, Honor is also showing samples of receiving calls with an eye gesture through Magic Capsule technology, as well as turning on text messages and turning off timers. The company said that Honor Magic 6 Pro smartphone will soon be added with Magic Capsule technology. As a result, the smartphone will soon be controlled by eye gestures as well as words of mouth. However, the company has not given any information about the price of the smartphone with magic capsule technology.
