For the past few months, there has been a massive conflict between Myanmar’s junta forces and the Three Brotherhood Alliance, an alliance of armed groups. This group has taken control of various cities in the meantime. Myanmar soldiers are fleeing to the border between India after being chased by the rebels. In the past few days, 600 Myanmar troops have entered Mizoram. The central government of India is concerned about such incidents.New Delhi has decided to install a barbed wire fence on the Myanmar border.

Indian Union Home Minister Amit Saha, participating in a function of the Assam Police on Saturday, said India should secure the Myanmar border like the Bangladesh border. And for that, there will be a barbed wire fence on the border of India and Myanmar. He also said that the visa-free travel of the people of the two countries on the border of Myanmar and India has been suspended for the time being.
