Kulwinder Kaur slapped Kangana Ranaut, who won the Lok Sabha elections recently, and created a stir across the country. However, the female security guard at Chandigarh airport also had to pay for slapping the future MP and actress. He has been suspended for assault.
However, since Kangana was slapped, there has been curiosity about Kulwinder. He is also being discussed on social media. Some are shouting in support of him, while others are blaming him for slapping the public representative.
Kulwinder is a resident of Sultanpur Lodhi, Punjab. Kulwinder joined the CISF in 2009. He has been working at Chandigarh Airport for the past three years. And in 2021, I will be working as an Air Security Officer at Chandigarh Airport.
Kulwinder’s husband is also a CISF soldier. He also works at Chandigarh Airport. 35-year-old Kulwinder has two children. Kulwinder’s brother, Sher Singh, is a farmer leader. He is the editor of the ‘Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee’.
It may be noted that CISF officials said that Kulwinder has not faced any investigation in the force so far. He did not get any punishment. This is the first time he got involved in controversy by slapping Kangana.

Kangana was going to Delhi from Chandigarh on Thursday. He reached Chandigarh airport to catch a Vistara flight in the afternoon. When asked to place her phone on a tray for testing, Kangana refused. That’s when he got into an argument with Kulwinder. That’s when Kulwinder allegedly slapped Kangana. Kangana complained against Kulwinder to the relevant authorities after landing at the Delhi airport. Action was taken against Kulwinder soon after this. He was detained and interrogated. Also suspended.
But why did Kulwinder slap the actress? It was answered by the CISF soldier himself. Kulwinder said that he could not accept Kangana’s comment during the farmers’ movement. After seeing him at the airport, his head became hot. He said that he slapped Kangana on purpose.
It is to be noted that during the farmers’ movement, Kangana once said that the farmers were protesting for 100 rupees. Kulbinder got angry because of this comment. Kulbinder said that his mother also joined the farmers’ movement. The accused CISF constable claimed that Kangana insulted the farmers by saying that they would protest in exchange for money. Because of this, he got slapped in front.
But Kangana spoke about the slapping incident on social media. He alleged that the woman was a supporter of the farmers’ movement. So I attacked him. In this regard, Kangana said in a video message, “I am getting a lot of calls. First of all, I’m fine. As I exited the security check at Chandigarh airport today, a female security guard came out from a nearby cabin and slapped me on the cheek. He also abused me. When I asked him why he did this, he said that he supports the farmers’ movement. I am safe. But I am worried about the way terrorism and extremism are growing in Punjab.
