The data in Google Docs is very simple to use and edit from anywhere because it is stored online. And so many people use Google Docs on one or more devices through a Google account. But being a cloud-based service, Google Docs cannot be used without an internet connection. However, it is possible to use Google Docs without the internet by using the offline feature of Google Docs.
To use Google Docs without the internet, you must first login to Google Docs through a Google account on your computer. Then click on the three-line menu at the top left of the Docs feed and select the Settings option. On the next page, under the offline option, click on the ‘Create, open, and edit your recent Google Docs files on this device while offline’ toggle and click on the save button.
To use Google Docs without internet from a smartphone, enter the Google Docs app and tap on the three-dot menu next to the file to be used offline. Since it is stored online, it is very easy to use and edit the information contained in Google Docs from anywhere.
