In the 2016 US election, Trump defeated Hillary Clinton to become the 45th president, and performances at the January 20, 2017, inauguration celebration included Toby Keith, Big & Rich, Chrisette Michele, Jackie Evancho, 3 Doors Down, and members of the Rockettes, among others.
American weekly news magazine Newsweek names singers most likely to appear on stage on Trump’s inauguration day. These include Trump’s closest supporters Kid Rock, Lee Greenwood, Mary Millben, Big & Rich, Jason Aldean, and Kanye West.
Kid Rock
American musician and singer Kid Rock endorsed Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign, describing Trump as “an excellent person and expressing admiration for his important role in politics and his appearances at rallies for the president-elect.
“God bless America,” singer Rock said in a video shared on social media on November’s US election day. He also said, “We will make America great again.” His speech at the end of the video serves as a conclusion to the audience.
Lee Greenwood
Singer-songwriter and saxophonist Lee Greenwood, 82, has been a vocal Trump supporter for years. He has performed on stage at several of Trump’s election rallies and fundraisers.
In 2016, Greenwood emphasized in his endorsement of Trump that Republican policies are consistent with his belief in American greatness and the importance of a strong national defense and economic growth.
One of Greenwood’s most notable displays of support for Trump was his 2017 performance of his song ‘God Bless the USA’ during his previous presidential inauguration. Greenwood’s song became a patriotic anthem associated with the Trump campaign and the presidency.
Mary Millben
American singer and actress Mary Millben, who performed at Trump’s first inauguration on January 20, 2017, has publicly expressed her hope that she will attend this year’s event.
Millben recently expressed his admiration for Trump to Breitbart News, saying, “He and the first lady have another chance to serve the country.” Millben Alos added, “Trump’s four years of policies have been the best for America, and the policies already underway are going to be even better.” Millben has performed for George W. Bush, Joe Biden, and Barack Obama, and most recently, President Trump.

The famous American rapper and record producer made headlines for endorsing Trump in his first term in office in 2017, famously wearing one of his red “Make America Great Again” hats. This shows the extent of his support for Trump.
West said he would run for US president in 2024 despite facing several scandals in November, and he also claimed to have asked Donald Trump to be his running mate at the time.
