Before the draw of the last eight, the opter selection made using artificial intelligence, or AI, showed that the current champion Manchester City has the best chance of winning the Premier League this time. Pep Guardiola’s team has a 32.30 percent chance of retaining the title. Then in second place is Real Madrid, the most successful team in the competition. However, in terms of percentage, Real’s position is well behind City’s.ย Carlo Ancelotti’s team has a 16.87 percent chance of winning the Champions League.
The name of the third favorite supercomputer, however, comes as a bit of a surprise. The third favorite team on their list is Arsenal. The English Premier League’s top team has never held the championship. Their chances of winning the title are 13.09 percent.
PSG has been trying desperately to win the Champions League for a long time. This may be the last time Kylian Mbappe plays in the Champions League for the team. However, the supercomputer says that they are behind the chances of winning the title this time too. The Parisian club has an 11.80 percent chance of winning the title. Next up is Bayern Munich. 10.75 percent chance of winning Europe for Bayern, who are in the Bundesliga.
But AI Opta‘s list will disappoint Barcelona fans. Javi Hernandez’s side is number seven on the list of favorites, two from last. Even Borussia Dortmund are ahead of Barca with a 5.6 percent chance. The next team is Atletico Madrid. Their chances of winning the Champions League are 4.19 percent.
