The US supports international investigations of Russian crimes in Ukraine. “We have made it clear that Russian forces committed atrocities during their illegal invasion of Ukraine and that these atrocities must be held accountable. We support a number of international investigations into Russia’s crimes in Ukraine, including by the ICC,” he said. .
At the same time, Miller did not disclose the details of the US assistance to international institutions in the investigation of this case.

What is known about other arrest warrants from the ICC
On March 5, 2024, the ICC issued warrants for the arrest of the long-range aviation commander of Russia, Serhiy Kobylash, and the chief of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation, Victor Sokolova.
On March 17, 2023, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Putin and the Russian Maria Lvova-Belova, Commissioner for the Rights of Minors. They are suspected of the illegal deportation and relocation of Ukrainian children.
