Teams from four different leagues have entered the UEFA Champions League semi-finals, including Arsenal F.C. from the Premier League, Paris Saint-Germain F.C. from Ligue 1, FC Barcelona from La Liga, and Inter Milan from Serie A.

Madrid failed to reach the Champions League semi-finals

Arsenal reached the Champions League semi-finals for the first time in 16 years after defeating 15-time European champions Real Madrid 5-1 on aggregate in the quarter-finals of the 2024-25 Champions League season.

Arsenal defeated Madrid 3-0 in the first leg of the quarter-finals on April 8, with Declan Rice scoring two goals from free kicks as the hero of the match, and they won the second leg 2-1 on April 16. However, Madrid’s Kylian Mbappé could not show his magic against Arsenal.

Milan defeated Bayern

Inter Milan defeated Bayern Munich 4-3 on aggregate in the quarter-finals of the Champions League to reach the semi-finals, ending Munich forward Harry Kane’s dream of winning the title again.

PSG’s dream is alive

PSG, who have yet to win the Champions League, reached the semi-finals by defeating Aston Villa 5-4 over two legs in the quarter-finals, keeping their dream of winning the title alive.

Barcelona defeated Dortmund

FC Barcelona reached the semi-finals of the Champions League after defeating Borussia Dortmund 5-3 on aggregate, and the team is in excellent form.

Upcoming Champions League Matches

Barcelona and Inter Milan will face each other in the Champions League semi-finals on Wednesday, 30 April, in the first leg and Tuesday, 6 May, in the second leg.

Arsenal and PSG will face each other in the Champions League semi-finals on Tuesday, 29 April, in the first leg and Wednesday, 7 May, in the second leg.
