Currently, Valencia is owned by Peter Lim Eng Hock, 71, a Singaporean businessman. He bought the team in 2014 but has faced major problems in recent years due to the team’s decline in the game.

In the 2024–25 season, Valencia is 18th in the points table in La Liga after 25 rounds. The team’s last major title was the Copa del Rey in 2008. Their performance indicates that the team is in danger of relegation.
